New Projects page showcases unique library solutions

From our perspective, there are at least two great things about the work we do with libraries.

The problems we’re helping libraries to solve are always unique and different — reflecting the uniqueness and diversity of their communities.

And, librarians care deeply about their communities and are trying to find new ways to break through old ways of doing things so they can better connect.

Our best customer relationships are with libraries who’s leaders have a strong desire to increase their organization’s reach, relevance, and resilience.

And our best customer engagements are working with library staff as colleagues and collaborators who want us to challenge their own thinking, to use data to interpret what’s going on, to figure out new service ideas, to engage communities, to learn about new things like change management, and how to manage risk, fail fast, and test new models.

To share and showcase all of these great experiences — and the great work our clients are doing — we’ve created a new Projects page here on our website. Each story is as unique and different as the library staff and communities they serve.

Reach, relevance, and resilience. Three words that sum it up pretty well.
