Employing Big Data to Understand and Reach Users presentation at Computers in Libraries 2017

Are you attending  the  Computer in Libraries 2017 conference in Arlington, VA?  We’ll be there. I’ll be presenting with Danielle Milam from Las Vegas-Clark County Library District.  Danielle was instrumental in securing the funding for the project and analyzing the data. Our program, “Employing Big Data to Understand and Reach Users” will delve in to how libraries can use big data to increase their Reach, Relevance, and Resilience in their community. The program is part of the Track D – Upping Our Marketing Game.
